Display your caps without stretching, crushing or distorting them
Most hat hooks hang a cap from a single point inside the band. Over time that concentrated weight stretches the band, leaves pressure marks, and pulls the cap out of shape.
CapCradle™ was designed specifically for flat caps, newsboy caps and scally caps. Instead of hanging from one point, it supports the entire rear portion of the hat band and spreads the weight across a broad surface — so your cap keeps its natural shape while it's on display.
It also holds the crown and brim clear of the wall, so nothing gets flattened and you don't get marks on the fabric.
A two-part mount that hides the hardware
CapCradle™ comes in two pieces. A small mounting plate goes on the wall first, then the cradle slides onto it — covering the plate and whatever you used to fix it. No visible screws, no exposed nail head, no adhesive tab peeking out from under your cap.
It also means you can lift the cradle off the plate whenever you want to rearrange your wall.
Three ways to mount the plate — hardware included
-
Adhesive strip (included) — the easiest option and the one most people use. No tools, no holes in the wall.
-
Nail (included) — an angled hole is moulded into the plate so the cradle sits flush and the weight pulls down into the wall rather than away from it.
-
Screws (not included) — two recessed holes let you screw straight into a stud, or use your own wall anchors. Best for heavier hats, textured walls, or a permanent install.
A flat cap weighs only a few ounces, so the included adhesive strip handles it comfortably. The nail and screw options are there for heavier hats or surfaces where adhesive won't stick.
