How to Order Your Custom Cup Holder Adapter
Every adapter is custom-made specifically for your bottle and vehicle cup holder.
Step 1: Tell Me Your Bottle
The easiest method is to provide:
• Brand (Hydro Flask, Stanley, Yeti, Owala, RTIC, etc.)
• Model (if known)
• Size (40oz, 64oz, Half Gallon, etc.)
In many cases I can verify the dimensions using the manufacturer's specifications.
If your bottle is uncommon or custom, measurements may be required.
Step 2: Measure Your Bottle (If Needed)
The preferred measurement is the bottle circumference at the point where it will sit in the adapter.
Option A – Flexible Measuring Tape
Wrap a flexible sewing tape around the bottle and record the circumference.
Option B – String Method
- Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or paper strip around the bottle.
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Lay it flat.
- Measure the marked length using a ruler or tape measure.
Millimeters (mm) are preferred for maximum accuracy, but inches are also accepted.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Include the following information with your order:
• Bottle brand
• Bottle model
• Bottle size
• Bottle circumference (if measured)
• Vehicle make/model/year (optional but helpful)
• Cup holder opening size (if known)
I'll use this information to design and manufacture a custom adapter specifically for your setup.
Color Options
Standard color is Black.
Custom colors may be available upon request depending on material availability.
Custom colors may require additional processing time and may incur an additional charge.
