Most vehicle cup holders were designed for soda cans and small coffee cups. Today's insulated bottles are bigger than ever.
Whether you carry a 40oz Stanley, 64oz Hydro Flask, Yeti Rambler, Owala, RTIC jug, mason jar or another oversized bottle, you've probably had the same experience:
- The bottle won't fit the cup holder
- It tips over while you're driving
- It rolls across the floor
- It gets wedged between the seats

How it works
The adapter is two pieces: a wide cradle that holds your bottle, and a base that anchors into your existing cup holder.
The cradle screws onto the base to join them together. Locking it into your vehicle is a separate step — a twisting screw drives three sections of the base outward against the walls of your cup holder, wedging the whole assembly firmly in place instead of leaving it to sit loose in the hole.
Keeping those two actions independent means you can dial in the grip to suit your cup holder without disturbing how the cradle is seated, and adjust it later if you move it to another vehicle.
The result is a stable, wide platform sitting where your cup holder used to be, sized for the bottle you actually carry. No adhesive, no brackets, no permanent modification.
Packs down for storage
When you don't need it, the base nests inside the cradle and the two screw together into a single compact piece — so it stows in a glovebox or door pocket instead of rattling around at full size.

How to Order Your Custom Cup Holder Adapter
Every adapter is custom-made specifically for your bottle and vehicle cup holder.
Step 1: Tell Me Your Bottle
The easiest method is to provide:
• Brand (Hydro Flask, Stanley, Yeti, Owala, RTIC, etc.)
• Model (if known)
• Size (40oz, 64oz, Half Gallon, etc.)
In many cases I can verify the dimensions using the manufacturer's specifications.
If your bottle is uncommon or custom, measurements may be required.
Step 2: Measure Your Bottle (If Needed)
The preferred measurement is the bottle circumference at the point where it will sit in the adapter.
Option A – Flexible Measuring Tape
Wrap a flexible sewing tape around the bottle and record the circumference.
Option B – String Method
- Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or paper strip around the bottle.
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Lay it flat.
- Measure the marked length using a ruler or tape measure.
Millimeters (mm) are preferred for maximum accuracy, but inches are also accepted.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Include the following information with your order:
• Bottle brand
• Bottle model
• Bottle size
• Bottle circumference (if measured)
• Vehicle make/model/year (optional but helpful)
• Cup holder opening size (if known)
I'll use this information to design and manufacture a custom adapter specifically for your setup.

it's actually a much nicer product than I anticipated. the plastic is thick and is a nice texture in my hands. because of the slits down the sides it also works for smaller drinks. and my cupholders are awkwardly placed, causing my hips to push drinks over or squish them so that lods come off. but because this holder sits so high, the drink is actually sitting in the space where my waiste is so theres no more danger of tipping. a surprisingly great buy.

Fantastic item; can’t believe I never went after one of these cup holder adapters before now, but I’m glad the one I’ve got is from this seller/engineer. Works exactly as described. Sent over my cup’s specific dimensions upon purchase and it fits like a glove. Love the functionality of the design; the adjustable base anchors into any size cup holder, and the components come apart for ease of storage. The seller sent a bonus adapter (reducer) they were workshopping and I can confirm it works perfectly to secure anything smaller than what the holder was originally designed for; this is so nice cause I now have no reason to take the cup holder out.
